With this integration, you can easily create agreements and send them for electronic signing via DealBuilder.
1. From the customer card in ITX, it’s easy to start a new electronic signing process, where you can choose one of several predefined contract templates that your company has already set up there.
2. The contract template then opens, already filled out with all the necessary information about the customer, which is automatically retrieved from ITX.
3. Next, add the products/services and prices to be included in the agreement, and send it to the customer for electronic signature via email or text message with a single click in DealBuilder.
Signed agreements are stored on the customer card in ITX, so they are always easily accessible.
