When a customer contacts you, you immediately get a complete overview: the customer’s name, most recent purchase, unpaid invoices, open cases, and history—all in one place. This leads to faster response times, better service, and more accurate decisions.

The integration also provides access to important financial information directly in the ITX Portal, including accounts receivable, invoices (with PDF viewing and downloading), and a KPI dashboard for orders and invoices. This makes it easy to follow up with customers and keep track of your finances—without switching systems.

API-based integration and support for webhooks ensure that customer data and contacts are continuously updated. In addition, all customer communication is stored in the customer’s profile, and the solution facilitates the measurement of customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.
